Hello and Five Star Greetings from Tarzana Health Center! I am very happy with Tarzana Health Center and rehabilitating excellently! I like the 24/7 five-star client care, excellent nursing, excellent physical therapy, and excellent restorative nursing at Tarzana Health Center! I am very happy with the ongoing customer services and customer support from administrator Frank Davis & the Tarzana Health Center staff’s excellent nurses, Geneva & Lily, and finally the excellent customer services and activities department staff, & lovely front desk staff.

I’ve been patient here for 9 months and the staff is great. My CNAs and nurses have treated me with dignity. I will post the names of the people here when I return from surgery. A special thanks to Antonio who has helped me get my old room back.

Care is great. The staff here really cares about their clients. They take care of my grandma and tend to her needs. Overall, satisfied with the experience.

What can you ask from a rehab center? Dignity, cleanliness, professionalism, compassion, just to name a few attributes. This facility is truly everything a patient and loved ones can ask for while in recovery. Our mom struggled after her release from the hospital and we selected Tarzana Health & Rehab Center to help her get back on her feet. Antonio (Director of Social Services), Stacie (His Associate) and Laura (Head of the Nursing Department) are just a few people to highlight for all of their hard work. We are so happy that we listened to their expert advise to keep our mom at the facility for additional days to have as many physical therapy sessions as possible. If she would have gone home prematurely, she would be in recovery for a much longer period. The physical therapy experts and the equipment at the facility are top notch. We saw our mom’s improvement with every day and today she is going home on her own two feet. She was always in a clean bed, washed and dressed and she even enjoyed the meals. Every employee at the center has been amazing to our mom and to all of her visitors. We are forever grateful to all of them.

My father was placed at Tarzana Rehab after being in the hospital with covid. My family and I feel so fortunate that Dad was sent to Tarzana Rehab. Dad is no longer able to live on his own and remained at Tarzana Rehab more than 2 months after being discharged from the hospital.

The staff has been amazing! Antonio, the social worker, has helped us navigate the intricate world of paperwork and has answered our endless questions while we researched what the best living situation would be for my father. He is very busy with many patients living onsite but he always has a welcoming smile when we talk with him.

Tatiana, in the business office, has been invaluable! She has gone above and beyond to help us work out things with Medi-cal.

The CNAs that provide direct care to Dad are caring, respectful, and friendly.

Dad is happy at Tarzana rehab. The facility is clean and we notice that Dad is clean shaven, his clothes are clean and his bed looks freshly made each time we visit. My Dad is a picky eater and the kitchen prepares food for him that he will eat. What a blessing! We have 3 family members in the area who visit , unscheduled throughout the week.

This facility is absolutely a loving and caring place! I had one my parents admitted here and Frank and Lily really made it an easy process with the move. Ting was very caring with there medical needs and really made you feel your love ones are in great hands! The office seemed very clean and was up to date with cleaning. Thank you for the continued hard work and caring hearts would recommend this place if you live near by. Big parking lot lots of parking very easy to access front desk.

The entire staff at Tarzana Health and Rehab Center demonstrates a commitment to excellence, which is evident in how they have cared for my mother-in-law. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained.

This health & rehab center is clean with an extremely helpful staff. From the admin staff (Frank and Lily) to the caring nurses, Geneva and Catherine.
They are always helpful with any questions and show compassion to the residents and their families. I would definitely recommend them.

My friend has a relative in this facility. And I hear some really nice things about it. The head nurse, Ting, is excellent. Frank, in Admin, keeps things running smoothly. And Lilly works with the staff on how best to serve all the residents–while maintaining a comfortable environment for everyone’s well-being.

Since my grandmother began her stay at this facility, our family has noticed a remarkable turnaround in her health and spirits, thanks in large part to the exceptional care and dedication of the staff. Head nurse Ting deserves special recognition for the positive changes she’s implemented. Her leadership and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of the facility’s operation. The entire team shows genuine concern and care for each patient, making us feel assured and comforted knowing our loved one is in such capable hands. The staff are really nice, they often check on patients if they need help or pt is ok. The staff are very friendly. Facility is small, it is hard to find parking for visitors. Other than that, the nurses and CNA are really nice and hard-working people.

After weeks of my fathers rehabilitation at Tarzana health and rehab I feel he has received excellent service both from the nursing staff and rehab staff. It’s evident they care with compassion and competency. My 84 year father had a fall and I have personally seen him get the help he needs from the rehabilitation team.

They have placed him on a path of success for a recovery which I am very grateful for. The care from the nursing staff has been phenomenal! I would absolutely recommended this facility to my family and friends.

Physically therapy department is phenomenal. Very helpful kind and caring. The staff is phenomenal. Ken was so caring and helpful. Vince in therapy has helped me to function better. Ruby, Oscar and Paul have made me so comfortable and felt cared for. Two wonderful women (Samantha and Mayra) greeted me as I was admitted.

I often go there on Fridays and they really treat the patients with love and care here. My aunt has been to several facilities in the last decade and this is by far the better of them all. The leadership looks like they make a concerted effort to truly take care of their patients. Thank you, I know its not easy work and I speak on behalf of my whole family in saying we are so appreciative!

Tarzana Rehabilitation Center nursing staff are kind friendly, professional and patient. Overall I am enjoying my stay. The rehab department is excellent and friendly. They are helping me get stronger physically and mentally.

Amazing Facility, Nurse “Beverly Hill” “yes that was her real name” made my family feel like family and I am so grateful for her and this place. Thank you Tarzana Health and Rehab!

The PT and OT are wonderful! Without them I wouldn’t be standing, walking, or pushing my wheelchair, I would be laying in bed. The activities are great! I go to bingo often where you win tickets and can buy stuff. I also go to cooking classes and bead classes. They also have knitting and crocheting where I made a hat and they provide all the supplies. The staff are very helpful and inform you of all activities such as candle light dinner witch was beautiful.

I was admitted to this facility on February 9th. Since the moment I got here the staff have been extremely helpful. I got shoulder replacement surgery so the staff have been taking really good care of me. The food is good and the physical therapy team has been great! For example today Lupe the receptionist and Patrick from PT went above and beyond to help me locate my niece who is helping me get to a doctors appointment. Just by them doing that really made my day. I know I’m in good hands.

I’m currently a resident here and so far my stay has been wonderful. When I ask for help someone usually is available. Love the physical therapy team! They are so caring and helpful. All the nurses and other staff members have been great as well! I know I’m in good hands.

The staff here are very nice compassionate and approachable. One night I got very sick and the evening nurse Eddie stayed with me to comfort me until it pasted. I’ve never had that happen. I’m enjoying my stay so far and I definitely recommend this place.
