Physically therapy department is phenomenal. Very helpful kind and caring. The staff is phenomenal. Ken was so caring and helpful. Vince in therapy has helped me to function better. Ruby, Oscar and Paul have made me so comfortable and felt cared for. Two wonderful women (Samantha and Mayra) greeted me as I was admitted.

I often go there on Fridays and they really treat the patients with love and care here. My aunt has been to several facilities in the last decade and this is by far the better of them all. The leadership looks like they make a concerted effort to truly take care of their patients. Thank you, I know its not easy work and I speak on behalf of my whole family in saying we are so appreciative!

Tarzana Rehabilitation Center nursing staff are kind friendly, professional and patient. Overall I am enjoying my stay. The rehab department is excellent and friendly. They are helping me get stronger physically and mentally.

Amazing Facility, Nurse “Beverly Hill” “yes that was her real name” made my family feel like family and I am so grateful for her and this place. Thank you Tarzana Health and Rehab!

The PT and OT are wonderful! Without them I wouldn’t be standing, walking, or pushing my wheelchair, I would be laying in bed. The activities are great! I go to bingo often where you win tickets and can buy stuff. I also go to cooking classes and bead classes. They also have knitting and crocheting where I made a hat and they provide all the supplies. The staff are very helpful and inform you of all activities such as candle light dinner witch was beautiful.

I was admitted to this facility on February 9th. Since the moment I got here the staff have been extremely helpful. I got shoulder replacement surgery so the staff have been taking really good care of me. The food is good and the physical therapy team has been great! For example today Lupe the receptionist and Patrick from PT went above and beyond to help me locate my niece who is helping me get to a doctors appointment. Just by them doing that really made my day. I know I’m in good hands.

I’m currently a resident here and so far my stay has been wonderful. When I ask for help someone usually is available. Love the physical therapy team! They are so caring and helpful. All the nurses and other staff members have been great as well! I know I’m in good hands.

The staff here are very nice compassionate and approachable. One night I got very sick and the evening nurse Eddie stayed with me to comfort me until it pasted. I’ve never had that happen. I’m enjoying my stay so far and I definitely recommend this place.

My aunt received care here for over a month. The Staff is wonderful. Claudia in Admitting and Rachel in Social Services and all of the great Drs and Nurses, too many to name were extremely kind and caring. It’s never easy for your loved one to be in a facility for a long time but if they do this is the place to be. Thank you all for the great care!
